1 Corinthians 6:12 “Everything is permissible for me,” but not everything is beneficial. “Everything is permissible for me,” but I will not be mastered by anything.

Who loves pizza and Ice Cream?  I think we all do, but we also know it's not the best practice to indulge in unhealthy food on a regular basis. Sometimes it's hard to know what to eat and when, in order to be healthy. In truth, we often don't want to give up our unhealthy indulgences. Over time, we find ourselves out of shape and unhappy with ourselves. Have you been there?

According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) obesity rates have been consistently high in the United States in recent years. The age-adjusted prevalence of obesity in adults from 2017-18 was 42.4%.

Worldwide, more than 1 billion people have obesity—650 million adults, 340 million adolescents and 39 million children, according to WHO. Obesity is becoming a global epidemic. If unaddressed, an estimated 1 billion adults will be obese by 2030.

It doesn't have to be this way. You do NOT have to be mastered by food! You can eat healthy and feel happy. In fact, you can indulge in moderation and still be healthy and happy.  Who doesn't love dark chocolate, or Pizza loaded with all your favorite toppings, or a giant cheeseburger?

Perhaps you aren't obese, but you're just slightly out of shape and unhappy with health. Wherever you are on your health journey, I can help. There was definitely a time in my life when food mastered me. I was in deep grief and I ate my way through a very dark season. I ended up fat and in more grief than I was to begin with. But I didn't stay there. I was determined to find the answers to a healthier life. Now, I have all kinds of secrets to success I would love to share with you. And yes, that includes a giant burger and a big bowl of ice cream from time to time. But, that comes after I teach you how to turn your body into a fat burning machine.  Interested? I'd be happy to help you on your health journey so you can eat healthy and feel happy.
